# Ticket policy and prices for groups:
- Red Sea Beach offers groups (guest houses - kindergartens - schools - and other large groups exceeding ten children) a special discount that can be requested by filling out a group discount request form, and the specialized team will send the price offer to the customer via the available means of communication.
- The prices of entry tickets to the Red Sea Beach branches vary according to the locations, spaces, and services of each branch ( list of prices and offers )
- The prices confirmed via the store's customer service (store's WhatsApp) to the group admin are the ones that will be charged to the customer.
- Tickets sold are not refundable or reusable on another day under any circumstances, after receiving the bracelet from the cashier.
- The tickets sold do not guarantee the group full benefit from Candy Care services, and the customer (responsible for the group) does not have the right to claim Candy Care services or refund the value of the tickets due to the unavailability of the Candy Care service.
- The discount value offered to the group is for confirmed orders only and is not considered a fixed price for the following times.
- The cost of the child's entry ticket includes VAT.
- The ticket provided to the group is valid for use within the group and is not permitted to be used after the group leaves the branch.
- Parents of children coming with the group do not have the right to request entry to the branch after the group leaves with the same ticket or to enter any other branch (they must purchase entry tickets for individuals if they wish to do so)
- The management reserves the right to amend all prices that have been confirmed to the customer unless the customer arrives on the date and time agreed upon during the group discount request without prior notice.
# Ticket cancellation and return policy:
- Group administrators do not have the right to require the ticket to be used after the confirmed visit date, or at another branch. The ticket is considered used after the end of the agreed upon date in the event of non-attendance on the same day and time.
- The group administrator is not entitled to claim any compensation (in any form) for unused tickets or part thereof. The company has the right to compensate or reject it according to its internal regulations.
# Conditions for entering Red Sea Beach branches:
- The maximum age allowed to receive children is up to (11 years old)
- The maximum age allowed to receive girls is up to (12 years old)
- The group must provide female companions with a number agreed upon with the administration before confirming the request with the children to ensure the safety of the children.
- The group is required to provide specialized female companions if the group is (people with disabilities, or cases that require personal supervision) to ensure their safety and comfort while playing in the Red Sea Beach facilities.
- Maximum height allowed for entry (150 cm) for a child.
- Companions enter for free according to the agreement confirmed during the order confirmation.
- The company does not allow children to enter as companions at all.
- Group tickets offered at a special discount are only available for one-time use while the group is present, and the child cannot enter with one or both of his parents after the group leaves the branch with the same ticket.
- Play hours are specified for groups according to agreement during order confirmation at all Red Sea Beach branches.
- Group officials must empty the children's pockets and remove jewelry, valuable accessories, and any sharp materials before bringing the children into the play area. The branch or company management does not bear any responsibility in the event of the loss of any belongings belonging to the children or the female companions.
- Shoes must be placed in their designated places, and the company is not responsible for their loss.
- It is forbidden for children or female companions to enter the Red Sea Beach branches with shoes in order to ensure the cleanliness of the place and the safety of children.
- It is absolutely forbidden to bring any food and drinks into the Red Sea Beach branches unless approved during the reservation confirmation.
- The branch management or the company management shall not be responsible for any harm that may befall the child, God forbid, as a result of his incorrect use of toys or the facilities of the play area.
- The client bears full responsibility if the child is exposed to any danger and does not place full responsibility on the female employees or the company, in the event that something bad happens to him, God forbid.
- The group submitting the request, in its capacity as the guardian of the children within the group who are in the Red Sea Beach Branch, agrees to the photographs, video clips, and recorded audio clips that may be taken of them while they are in the branch and which may be published on the Internet.
- Purchasing a ticket is considered an informed consent of the customer (the entity or the person on its behalf) to everything stated in the conditions.
