# Ticket and Pricing Policy:
- The prices of tickets to enter the Red Sea Beach branches vary according to the locations, areas and services of each branch ( price list and offers )
- The sold ticket is not refundable or reusable on another day under any circumstances, after receiving the bracelet from the cashier.
- The entry ticket prices for children and accompanying women are shown in the details of each branch.
- Child entry ticket price includes VAT.
- The ticket purchased from the online store is valid for use on the same day of purchase only.
- The customer is not entitled to enter a branch other than the branch chosen during the purchase process, and recorded in the order invoice.
- The customer is not entitled to exchange the child's ticket to admit another child (the ticket belongs to the same child).
- The order number must be shown to the reception staff and cashier to receive the children's bracelets.
- The management reserves the right to modify all prices and times without prior notice.
- The prices shown on the website include entry and play in the basic sections only (sand - balls - library - track - gravel if available - candy care if available). Additional services such as (Kids Café - trampoline game) can be used by requesting to purchase them from the branch.
# Return, exchange and refund policy (No cancellation of orders or refund of amounts paid are allowed after order confirmation and payment) .
# Conditions for entry into the Red Sea Beach branches:
- The maximum age allowed for receiving children is (13 years).
- A companion must enter with a child (3 years old or younger) to ensure the child's safety.
- A companion must enter with the child (for those with disabilities or cases requiring personal supervision) to ensure the child’s safety.
- Maximum height allowed for entry (150 cm) for a child.
- The company does not allow children as companions at all.
- You must arrive to receive your child no later than a quarter of an hour before the end of official working hours.
Children of unresponsive parents who are late to attend after the end of official working hours will be dealt with by handing the child over to the mall security department, and they will be notified by text message.
- Playing hours are open for one ticket during the branch working hours in all Red Sea Beach branches.

The branch or company management does not bear any responsibility in the event of the loss of any belongings belonging to the child or his family.
- Shoes must be placed in the designated places, and the company is not responsible for their loss.
- Children and female companions are not allowed to enter the Red Sea Beach branches wearing shoes to ensure the cleanliness of the place and the safety of children.
- It is strictly forbidden to bring any food or drinks into the Red Sea Beach branches.
- The child's guardian must be present immediately upon contact if the child requests the presence of his guardian.
- The bill must be brought when the child's guardian comes to remove the child from the play area.
- The branch management or the company management shall not be responsible for any harm that may befall the child, God forbid, as a result of his incorrect use of the games or the play area facilities.
- The client bears full responsibility if the child is exposed to any danger and does not place full responsibility on the employees or the company, if something bad happens to him, God forbid.
- The bill holder, as the guardian of the child or children present in the Red Sea Beach branch, agrees to the photographs, video clips and recorded audio clips that may be taken of them while they are present in the branch and which may be published on the Internet.
